It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Virginia Wanjiku  Kimani which occured on 30th March 2011, after a short iliness. Beloved wife of John Kimani Watunu (KIM) of Alnoor Exhibition. Mother of Valentine Nyakio of st Bridget Academy and James Watunu. Daughter of  Jimmy Njimbi Mburu and Mary Nduta Njimbi of Kianwe Village Githumu. Sister of Mburu, Gaitho, Maina and Wanjiru Mwenja. Daughter inlaw of the late Watunu Kioi and Helina Nyakio of Gikigie Village. Sister-in-law of Samuel Watunu (NAS airport), David watunu (dubai) Susan Ngethe, Dan Watunu (Wanyakio), Pastor Daniel Watunu, Ann Mbuthia, Alice Wachira (chiwa enterprise) John Kioi (Kaimbaga), Baita Watunu (Nakuru High) among others. In-law of Elizabeth W. Kioi, Lucy Macharia, Ruth Dan and Elishper Mwangi.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 6pm at Hotel Mariposa River Rd near Tea Room. The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home, Thika Road tomorrow, 6/4/2011 at 8am for funeral service and burial at Gikigie Village, Gacharage Sub-location, Kigumo District at 11.00 a.m
